@DudulineM@WandjaN Consacrer 3 à 5 minutes à votre hygiène personnelle, de la manière qui vous semble gérable pour assurer votre propreté, ne bouleversera pas votre monde, je vous le promets.
@AbasiMalungu In terms of the traditional belief, the usual broad ATR stuff like ancestor veneration, nature spirits, divination, ritual practices, cosmology, ideas around life/death and the spirit world, sacred places, healing and herbalism.
I feel way more spiritual now than when I was trapped in ‘Christianity’, my intuition heightening, my dreams becoming more vivid, my spirit team and ancestors, the omens, yet having an equally spiritual partner, I don’t feel like I’m performing…
@AbasiMalungu My mums side is Congolese dad side I don’t know nor care about as I don’t speak to him. I don’t feel the need to practise a religion/spirituality just because it’s part of my culture there are truths in all I just takes what resonates and build my own spiritual path
@AbasiMalungu Some stuff I find online is limited or I may just not be looking in the right places.
I’d have to travel to really find the answers I’m looking for but they’re coming slowly, I know my spirit team are working as the more I seek the more I stumble upon things ‘randomly’
Its still fresh yet we’ve had VERY thrilling yet eerie spiritual experiences together, communicating telepathically, dreams, omens he wants to go on a spiritual retreat and live with monks I haven’t decided yet if I want to join but I do think it would be an experience…
