@TELUS I’m very much frustrated by the Telus service and the tech support. My home Internet is down for the last 1 month and still not resolved. Each technician visit says they can’t fix and need another team to fix. No one from support is giving proper update when it can fixed.
I’m escalating this issue here as customer service is not good and doesn’t understand customer problem. They keep giving same response. Worst customer service
@SamsungIndia I bought a new washing machine from your website last week, but it’s not cleaning clothes properly and spins very slowly. Service Request #4403295168. The technician visited but said there’s no issue, though we remain unsatisfied with the performance .
We are not satisfied with how it cleans and spins.
Customer care has been unhelpful, repeating the same responses despite our request for a return and refund. I’m frustrated with the poor service and need this matter resolved urgently. Please escalate and assist with the refund

@KentROSystems I want to bring this to your attention of poor product quality and customer service. Our purifier got issue few months back and technician visited us and mentioned need to change various parts to rectify the issue and have to pay 5k for the parts replacement…1/3
How come we can pay 5k every 3 months? Isn’t it the spare parts quality issue? Seen we asked customer service of saying the water quality may be not good which could have damaged the parts. I totally disagree as the original product was running fine for more than a year
We paid 5k and got it repaired. And now again from past few weeks it got problem and the water taste is not good. We complained and technician visited. He is saying some parts again got issue and need to replace and asking us to pay. 2/3

@ZestMoneyCares It’s been more than a month, I didn’t get my refund back( refund cancellation ticket no:631989) customer care informed that refund will be credited back in 15 days but nothing so far received. Customer care is useless and giving inappropriate information every time.
@GooglePay@GooglePayIndia customer care doesn’t know to help on this issue but blindly saying it’s bank side issue which I totally disagree since I was able to add same account in other third party app and also was able to add diff icici account with diff number on google pay.
@GooglePayIndia@GooglePay I’m getting “oops something went wrong” error when I’m trying to add icici bank account. I was able to add same account before but not able to add after I changed my phone. I want your technical dev team to assist on this as customer care is useless.
@youtubemusic the app plays the song with blank details and some times wrong songs played instead of the chosen. There is no support from @youtubemusic so far. Paying for a premium service and getting like this kind of issues is not tolerated @google
