Suggestion: add choice of citizenship and if you are one of slavs it only affect limit of alcohol poisoning xD

@ScumGame Okay. Tell me how to change language because I don't know what to do. In update notes you said that polish is slightly updated but I don't see any polish language in options to change. I literally tried to start game with "-culture=pl" but with no result.

@dedaPong Hey @dedaPong i wonder how about romps for cars/bikes? Some of us build compact bases and this would be cool park your vehicle in front of cabin on the foundation. I know that we have stairs, but they are bit tricky to ride on them.
