Yesterday’s fire at the MMIA Terminal 1 could have spelled disaster, but instead, it became a powerful testament to our resilience. In the face of fear, we stood united. Our emergency teams didn’t flinch—and because of their bravery, zero lives were lost.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the heroes who ran toward the danger:
NEMA
Lagos State Government & LASEMA
Nigeria Police Force
Nigerian Air Force
Nigeria Immigration Service
Nigeria Customs Service
Julius Berger
CCECC
And every emergency agency involved
