While the water has cleared, its now time for another nightmare to begin: after flood silt/sludge , free breeding ground for mosquitoes, dengue. @MunCorpGurugram wont clean it because - hey dogs cause problems they should be removed , mosquito, sludge etc they improve aesthetics

No storm water drainage, sewage lines not cleared for the last 3 years and counting, No maintenance, no cleanliness.
Water logging as high as 4-5 ft.
Water entering houses, cars, lifts and entire block filled with sewage filth.
