Recently, I took a series of blood and body tests e.g. Diabetes, B.P, HIV, BMI, etc... Of all of them, the only one that scared me to check was my Weight BMI. In the end, my freight was justified with the obvious expected outcome. Time to hit the gym fellas 😔

Y'all don't understand how painful this can be. I once spent 35k for a test and my diagnosis was "stress". i was now angry with the doctor like what do u mean my sickness is nothing but just stress? That was the most painful 35k i ever spent for nothing 😅
