@AirIndia A 4-hour preponement of our KTM-Del flight for 3 member, forced us to pay for an extra hotel night. Despite the disruption being caused by an airline schedule change, compensation was denied. We demand reimbursement of our additional expenses and a fair resolution.

Despite the disruption being caused by an airline-initiated schedule change(due to operational reason), our request for reimbursement was denied. We request @AirIndia to review the case fairly and compensate us for the additional expenses incurred.

No suitable flight was available on 6 June, so we were select an alternative on a flight departing on 7 June 10am. As a direct result, 3 passengers had to stay an additional night in Kathmandu and bear extra hotel and related expenses.

3/5 We contacted customer care and explained the situation. We requested an alternative flight departing closer to the original schedule, preferably after 21:10 on 6 June.

1/5 Original flight from Kathmandu to Delhi was booked for 21:10 on 6 June 2026. Our travel plans, airport transfer, and hotel checkout were arranged accordingly for 3 passengers.

But taxpayers are being insulted at Betul Aadhaar Lok Seva Kendra instead of getting basic services. Strict action is needed against the staff for arrogance and misleading citizens. @ceo_uidai @GoI_MeitY @nsitharamanoffc @PMOIndia #UIDAI

Went to nearest Aadhaar centre to update my wife’s address using marriage certificate as per UIDAI rules. Operator refused, started abusing us, saying “update should be done where wife’s surname was updated”. Aadhaar is centralised, stop misguiding people like this. @UIDAI

@passportsevamea I updated my surname after marriage & have a valid marriage certificate,but POP Betul won’t accept it. My PAN/Aadhaar show my parent’s name"D/O"& address,but don’t mention"W/O". I want to keep my parent’s name on my ID. Please assist.

Why force a change to W/O when the law allows keeping D/O?

They said “marriage certicate not acceptable” for address update. When I showed UIDAI site, they claimed “centre has limitations”. When I asked for this in writing, they said “my machine is new, it won’t take it”. What’s the point of clear rules if centres make their own? @UIDAI

I applied for an add-on credit card for my wife. She has to travel on 6th Aug, so request you to please fast-track the process and deliver the card before that date or allow collection from the nearest branch. Kindly help.

@BlueDartCares Update: Showed up at the exact delivery location myself – no @BlueDartCares delivery guy, no call, nothing. Yet again, they shamelessly marked it attempted

Congrats @BlueDartCares – another day wasted with zero accountability. My wife flies on 6th Aug. This is a joke. Fix it now
