@AmericanAir No I can’t file a claim online because I need an incident number. Provide me with an incident number and I would. But your customer service “help” won’t do that.

@AmericanAir you’re a predatory company with horrible support, customer service, and policies. I have $200 of damaged personal property and your only response is “apologies” and that I have to physically come into the airport to “possibly resolve this issue”.

It’s absolutely wild that you would assume this is appropriate or even acceptable to break my belongings and then except me to inconvenience myself to return to “possibly” get support. I can guarantee I’ll NEVER fly with American or any of your affiliates again.

@AmericanAir you should be ashamed about how predatory and inconsiderate your “customer service” team is. YOUR TEAM damaged my suitcase beyond use and damaged a monitor in my bag beyond use and my only course of action is to return to the airport to file a claim?
