@Tesla The new “radarless” auto high beam feature is a disaster and MUST be fixed. It dims to low beams too late or not at all to approaching cars, and flashes the high beams at random times. Please reenable ability to turn off auto high beams on autopilot until fixed! -Model Y-

@mccuskeyforwv It’s happening at the state level too. Several state insurance commissioners, the New York DFS for example, are actively trying to set the corporate climate policies of every insurance company doing business in the state. The California Dept. of Insurance is another example.

@marcwva Met Scalia at SCotUS when I was admitted with other USAF/CAP JAG officers. After arguments, he took us into the room where the lawyers gather and we got to chat him up. I asked him a question about states’ rights and he said there is no such thing as states’ rights any more.
