@NutritionMadeS3@grok Short version: in observational data, low cholesterol often comes from being sick, since illness and weight loss pull it down. In trials where LDL is lowered on purpose, deaths go down, not up.
The biggest cheat code is eating the same meals every day. One study showed it reduces total calorie intake by 40%. You make fewer food decisions, meaning you rely less on willpower. The leanest people I know aren't eating for variety. They're eating similar meals every day.
Thank you so much for sharing this valuable information. I also had my gallbladder removed in 2008. I get more than half of my daily calories from high-quality fats, and luckily I have no issues in daily life — an AI even suggested that my bile ducts may have developed some storage and release function. Still, without a gallbladder you can’t store all the bile, so it flows continuously and turns into carcinogenic secondary bile acids. It feels especially ridiculous that the risk rises from bile acids circulating at night when you’re not eating anything. The activated charcoal you mentioned seems like it could greatly reduce that risk, so I’m going to try it right away.
I have discovered this Documentary on Netflix titled The Plastic Detox. Guys when I tell you to watch the documentary I mean it. It can be life changing. I have started considering taking Dr Shanna’s methods 🤞🤞🤞 #ThePlasticDetox#PlasticDetox
