Ppl who have a poorer buying history currently have electricity but I’m the one to be investigated, all those years I’ve been on prepaid boils to this.. Do better wena

Just feedback from my side, went to Eskom Soweto Midway, we were advised by a guy there that our neighbourhood box was faulty and to fix it we’d need to pay 60% of the money only then they’ll think about fixing the issue.
