The time bomb has now exploded resulting in insurgency, banditry and “bokoharamism”! Glaring failure of leadership at every level of Governance. I can’t fathom that even in States like Osun and Ondo we have over 200k and over 100k out of school. In the north more are out than in!

Malaysia diversified its economy from 80% export of raw materials 40 years ago to 80% electronics & manufactures(2020). Nigeria exports revenue in Oil has not changed in 40 years. Insanity: do the same thing repeatedly & expect a different outcome.

@SaharaReporters The problem is not entirely that of the University's. Prizes are endowed and it's incumbent on the organisation that endowed the Prizes to update this from time to time. The University's admin also could follow up with such organisations.

I have followed Tani Adewumi, Nigerian chess prodigy, at 8-year old won the New York Championship in his age grade. Homeless refugee living in a shelter. He just crushed 73 players in his 9 year grp to win NY State championship. Celebrate excellence!
