Changes i planned for now are:
Limiting the time i play video games to 2-3 hours a day max.
Limiting drinking energy drinks to 2 per week.
Going to the gym at least 3 times a week.
At least 6 hours of sleep and no screens 30 minutes before sleeping. B)
So reflecting on myself for a couple days led me to a conclusion that i should change some stuff in my daily life.
I dont really know if someone will be reading this im just posting this for myself, but ill be focusing on being more productive, and maybe post some updates here B)
