In a jaw-dropping win for the anti-vaccine crusade that installed Robert F. Kennedy Jr. atop the nation’s health agencies, a CDC advisory panel just voted to rip one of the bedrock protections out of America’s childhood vaccine schedule — and doctors are warning it will put newborns in danger.

In an 8–3 vote that stunned medical experts, the panel moved to end the 30-year-old recommendation that every baby receive the first hepatitis B shot right after birth. This simple newborn vaccine — a proven, lifesaving shield that helped drive child hepatitis B infections to near zero — is now being tossed aside unless a baby’s mother tests positive. Never mind false negatives. Never mind new infections. Never mind decades of evidence.

This, apparently, is what passes for “public health” in the RFK Jr. era.

Panelists appointed by Kennedy and cheered on by anti-vaccine activists openly embraced the change as a way to “push parents” into questioning another vaccine. One dissenting member called the move “unconscionable.” Another blasted it as being rooted in “baseless skepticism.” Doctors across the country are warning this will only create confusion, fuel fear, and — yes — bring hepatitis B roaring back.

And if you thought this was a one-off? Think again. The panel is launching a sweeping review of every childhood vaccine in the schedule — guided in part by Kennedy allies who have spent years attacking the very concept of routine immunization. One invited speaker literally makes a living suing vaccine manufacturers. Another rails against basic childhood protections used around the world.

Public health experts are sounding the alarm: the CDC is being hijacked by ideologues using a government platform to resurrect long-debunked conspiracy theories — all while measles and whooping cough make disastrous comebacks.

Under RFK Jr., the agency meant to keep America’s children safe is instead giving fringe anti-vaccine activists a prime-time stage. And the first casualty might be newborns who used to be protected the minute they entered the world.

This isn’t “informed choice.” This is sabotage — and America’s kids are the ones who will pay the price.

BREAKING: Trump gets caught funneling $620 million to Don Jr. with a record loan to his investment firm — and it’s all about those magnets that Drowsy Don doesn’t understand.

In the latest episode of the never-ending MAGA money machine, Donald Trump Jr. just scored yet another massive government payday — this time a jaw-dropping $620 million Defense Department loan — thanks to a rare-earths start-up quietly backed by his own venture firm.

That’s right: while President Donald Trump rambles on national television about how “nobody knows what a magnet is,” his son is cashing in on them like they’re the secret to eternal life.

Vulcan Elements, the barely known company boosted by Trump Jr.’s 1789 Capital in August, is suddenly getting the largest loan the Pentagon’s Office of Strategic Capital has ever issued. And — surprise! — it’s only the newest in a string of fat government contracts funneled to firms connected to Trump Jr.’s portfolio. Four of them have already raked in $735 million since the president returned to office in January.

Ethics experts are sounding the alarm, warning that presidents are supposed to avoid even the appearance of funneling taxpayer money into their own family’s pockets. But this administration has blown straight past “appearance” and into full-blown “walking conflict of interest in broad daylight.”

And if it weren’t so corrupt, it would almost be funny: President Trump spent November insisting on Fox News that magnets are mysterious forces nobody understands — apparently unaware that scientists cracked that code two centuries ago. Critics couldn’t help but note the uncanny similarity to Insane Clown Posse’s legendary line, “F---ing magnets, how do they work?”

Turns out it’s pretty simple — when your dad runs the government, magnets work extremely well — especially for your bank account.

Everyone is cheering like this is some miracle, but the math they’re selling you is a fantasy.

They’re talking about single moms and working families as if those households have an extra $5,000 a year to contribute. Most people can’t even afford rent or groceries right now. You can’t invest money you don’t have, and pretending otherwise is economic gaslighting.

They’re also assuming a perfect stock market that grows 7% a year for decades with no crashes, no recessions, no lost jobs, no instability. That’s not reality, that’s a sales pitch.

And notice the fine print: The money is locked away for decades. It doesn’t help with rent, food, medical bills, or survival today. It does nothing to fix wages, housing corruption, or price gouging, the real reasons families are drowning.

This isn’t “game changing.”
It’s a distraction dressed up as hope.

You don’t fix a broken system by telling struggling people to wait 35 years.

You fix it by ending the corruption that created the struggle in the first place.

Until they address that, everything else is just political theater.

Here's a fact check of 13 of the false claims President Trump made at his Cabinet meeting today:

- He claimed he's secured more than $18 trillion in investment commitments since he returned to office. That fictional figure is nearly double the $9.6 trillion figure the White House uses on its website, and a detailed review shows even the smaller WH figure is wildly inflated

- He claimed grocery prices are down. They're up: 2.7% year-over-year as of September, 1.4% since January

- He claimed he is cutting prescription drug prices by 500% to 900%. These numbers make no mathematical sense; they'd mean people would get paid to acquire their medications

- He claimed every military attack on a (purported) drug-smuggling boat saves an average of 25,000 lives. Experts say this number also makes no sense, even aside from the fact the administration hasn’t publicly proven what was on the boats; the US had a reported total of 82,000 overdose deaths last year

- He claimed he has "stopped inflation in its tracks" since January. The September year-over-year inflation rate, 3.0%, was the exact same as the rate in January (actually a tiny bit higher if you go to more decimal places) - and September was the fifth consecutive months the year-over-year rate had increased

- He claimed he inherited the worst inflation of all time. He didn't; he inherited 3% inflation, same as the most recent rate, and even the Biden-era peak, 9.1% in June 2022, wasn't close to an all-time high

- He claimed he ended eight wars. Among other issues, his list includes two supposed wars that did not actually exist during his presidency, Egypt-Ethiopia and Serbia-Kosovo, and a war in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo that has not actually ended

- He claimed China “doesn’t have gasoline.” It’s true China doesn’t produce enough oil to meet domestic demand, but China has domestic oil and refines oil into gasoline

- He claimed that, under Biden, “By 2030, everybody had to own an electric car.” Biden’s push for EVs did not include a requirement for anybody to buy an electric car or abandon their gas-powered car; Biden tailpipe rules sought to have EVs make up 56% of new passenger vehicles sold in 2032

- He claimed the US gave $350 billion in wartime aid to Ukraine. Not even close. A US government inspector general says $187 billion was appropriated for the war response through June...including billions spent in the US and broader Europe

- He claimed Washington, DC now has "no murders," which wasn't true even before the deadly attack on National Guard troops last week

- He claimed the 2020 election was a fake election. It wasn’t, he lost, this is a lie

- He claimed his big domestic policy bill included “no tax on Social Security.” It didn’t eliminate tax on Social Security; it temporarily increased the standard deduction for people age 65+, which means some people 65+ (and beneficiaries under 65) continue to pay tax on their benefits
