The Oslo Forum is as relevant today as when it was established in 2003.

Norway announces that the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Unitary Platform of Venezuela have decided to restart the negotiation process in Mexico on 26 November, facilitated by Norway. There, the parties will sign a partial agreement on social matters.
