Why did you not have any records of my request ? When I provided a proof , now 12 credit is not refundable.
Why?When asked Customer manager said company policy ? He is not able to explain or point out the policy , neither that policy ever mentioned anywhere

I shifted the country and asked to keep my childโs classes on hold as piano would come from sea shipment.
All credits of 12 classes credits has been deducted. When asked why , customer support is asking for proof that I had asked for classes to be on hold

Never buy any online classes from @byjus they will say if you are not happy with classes , you will get full refund.
Customer service managers are super dump and really donโt know the policies of own company.
