@BarclaysUKHelp why is the barclaycard live chat always down and has been for months. I requested a replacement card a month and 2 weeks ago. Neither have arrived and phone staff cant offer a solution other than endlessly put a new one in the hands of royal mail.

So gone from “overkill” train-side fire alert around 6pm to random woman walking on the tracks outside upminster. Shes way beyond the back of our train so why stuck.
