@AppleSupport I purchased a MacBook Pro with M2 chip, that it will sustain for 6-7 yrs As it is a device worth 2 lac inr, surely its quality will be superior. But, the MLC gave up and sorted within 15 months of purchase. Now I have to pay 65 k extra to repair it. @Apple wtf?

I have experienced the same as well. Their M2 is trash. Go to consumer court. Apple has started procuring low quality and then forcing their customer to pay for new ones. Shame on you @Apple @AppleSupport

Apple’s quality has gone down drastically. Some of my colleagues faced the same issue. Tim cook’s business plan is to add faulty components to their devices then earn money by replacing them with new components. Will never be buying products from them again @AppleSupport @Apple
