@AmazonUK check your Amazon refunds. I returned something on 5 Jan and today realised I hadn’t had a refund. Just spent 45 minutes on ‘live chat’ and spoke to 3 ‘associates’ before being told it was stuck in the system and would be refunded today. 6 weeks!!
