@TurfEnto any assistance you can offer on an ID of this please? It’s not something I’m familiar with but it’s on a tree guard which is protecting a newly planted pine tree. The tree doesn’t look like it’s having the best time. Yellow and eaten out at the top

@VodafoneUK The broadband support team are arguing with the account team. You literally cannot fix this. Got cut off after 2 hours on the phone so now back on for the last 40 mins. Pretty embarrassing really. Even the latest guy agreed this is a shit show
