@HSBCUKBusiness I would like this to be resolved today. This has been ongoing for over 2 and half weeks. Also I would like to be communicated how my business will be compensated for this continued hassle and lack of urgency to get resovled. Totally unacceptable and disappointed
@HSBC_UK worst ever experience from telephone banking and branch. Total disconnect where there has been shown zero empathy to my business. Been waiting over 2 and half weeks to resolve a situation and it’s still on going. Noel Quinn can you please help me.

@HSBC totally shocked at the lack of help between branch Harrow and telephone banking in helping me resolve my business account issues. Been good in on now for over 10days and no one has shown any interest. Totally disgusted
