Played a round today. It was just a round. Not happy. Not mad. Just played 18 to my handicap. Idk. Feels weird?

Got to meet my baby niece this weekend. Wife and I looking forward to being the cool aunt and uncle at the beach. Lots of golf and bourbon in her future 😂

@Droobeedoobeedo Imagine I got change my name to this right now 😂

[GolfNerd_NC 🏌️‍♂️ @GolfNerd_NC]

@GuyCharnock some interesting points on the podcast this week. I do believe world golf ranking points are super skewed at this point and while I am also not a fan of LIV, hard to argue some of those players are not some of the top 50 players in the world.

@PowellAnalytics Eating the W is a very common phrase. Everyone says it.

[GolfNerd_NC 🏌️‍♂️ @GolfNerd_NC]

@Droobeedoobeedo And that’s 100% fine. You also don’t take 15 practice swings every shot. You still play at a good pace. Never felt like you’ve slowed us down at all. #HoHumGolf

“I pLaY fAsT. iTs ThE GrOuP aHeAd Of Me ThAt SlOwS mE dOwN”

I legit do play quickly. I’ve always played ready golf with my group and everyone is fine with that. Even on the tee, who ever is ready first hits.

But yeah, polls feels skewed 😂

As far as pace of play goes, would you call yourself:

Wife and I played 18 today. Started a new thing for me. I played the front tees until I break 80. Shot 79. Wasn’t pretty and definitely left some out there. Made me think of new ways to play the course and shot selections. Also first round in over 5 weeks so pretty happy.

Had a coworker take me down a peg today bc I said I don’t have ticktock. She said “that makes sense coming from someone who doesn’t have an air fryer.”

Not sure how those things relate, but damn if she’s wasn’t right 😂

Also told her this was going to be my next tweet
