If there were a “Sports Twitter” Hall of Fame, honoring the best sports-related tweets of all time, what would be your nominee?

[Adam Schefter @AdamSchefter]

ESPN sources: Packers RB Josh Jacobs is being removed from the NFL’s Commissioner Exempt list on Monday. The investigation will remain open for the NFL so it reserves the right to add further discipline if and when warranted. Jacobs is expected to be eligible to play in Week 7.

Who is this menace

[Umpire Auditor @UmpireAuditor]

Umpire Doug Eddings went on a power trip during the bottom of the 6th in the Cardinals Rockies game.

First, he demanded that pitcher Hancel Rincon (in his MLB debut) straighten his hat since no one will wear a hat like that on "his field".

When manager Oli Marmol went to talk to Eddings about the hat incident during a pitching change, Eddings gave the Cardinals a pitch clock violation and ejected Marmol.

A couple batters later, with the Cardinals out of challenges, Eddings made a terrible call on a play at the plate to gift the Rockies the lead.

[Dylan @PowellAnalytics]

@SleeperHQ Can we get more granular rush/rec yardage bonuses at 50-99, 100-149, and 150-199? And passing bonuses at 300-349 & 350-399?

BREAKING: The NBA has ruled on the Los Angeles Clippers in for salary cap circumvention investigations on Kawhi Leonard after yearlong probe -- stripping the franchise of 5 first-round picks, issuing a $30 million fine to owner Steve Ballmer and suspensions for Ballmer, Lawrence Frank and Gillian Zucker, sources tell ESPN.

Kawhi Leonard will have to pay $700,000 in restitution for improper benefits by the Clippers for his uncle and former business rep, Dennis Robertson. No contract void or suspension for Leonard. And Robertson -- who was fired by Leonard in June -- is being banned by the NBA from all business dealings.

@MattHarmon_BYB J’Mari Taylor completely takes over the Jags backfield at some point this season, enters 2027 as the clear cut starter, 3-down workhorse, and is drafted in fantasy as a top 15 RB next offseason.
