@Cityflo_India sees you guys are competing with Best Buses in mumbai. Everyday morning bus from Rustomjee to Lower Parel is changed, and ppl with seat number 1c, 1D, 2C, 2D have to stand and call your customer care to know their seats. Pathetic
C466 bus today is smaller than my kids school bus, with seats so congested ppl have to sit on top of one another. And you guys charge premium for darts upfront. Sitting with the driver is not a premium seat

@UrbanLadder Hi, yes I have received the email stating that installation will happen today, however I am yet to get a call from anyone on ground confirming that they are coming for installation…it seems they have not been informed or the email and actual action doesn’t match #urbanladder
@UrbanLadder I received my order T479877587 on 8th July. Installer came on 10th July for assembly. How ever, there were screws missing for assembly of Serra wooden Sofa. It is now 5 days and multiple follow ups but still the sofa is not installed for lack of 6 screws!!!
I am unable to understand how long should customer wait becoz inspite of calling your call Center regularly and getting assurance that they would call back with an update, till now they have no clue on the resolution timelines. They have no idea when the sofa will be assembled
