When I’m scrolling on my phone (always) and my 4 y.o asks me something (constantly) and I reply vaguely she calls me out by saying “fake words!” She’s 100% correct.

@sariazout I would have the notifications only be reminders/prompts about interacting with nature. Closely examine a flower petal, gaze at a cloud for 60 seconds etc.
