@AlaskaAir what’s going on with logging in to the iPhone app? I keep getting errors and when I chat with customer support they tell me nothing is wrong with my account?
@AmericanExpress@AskAmex I thought maybe it was having me setup so I can use a digital card or Apple Pay, but when I called customer service they said I have to wait for the physical card to setup an online account. Very confusing considering the email (screenshot)
@AmericanExpress I just got approved for a card and got this email to “set up an online account” while waiting for my card to arrive… how is this possible when the link takes me to a page requiring the card to setup?
