Today our industry showed up big at the FDA’a PCAC hearing on peptides. A win for personalized medicine isn’t one company’s win. It’s providers, pharmacists, and advocates in the same room, pushing for one thing: patients deserve regulated access.
Compounding is not a crime.

🚨 BREAKING: STRIVE SUES ELI LILLY & NOVO NORDISK FOR VIOLATING THE SHERMAN ANTI-TRUST ACT

- Strive alleges that Lilly and Novo illegally monopolized the GLP-1 drug market
- Claims both companies forced telehealth providers into exclusive agreements prohibiting them from working with compounding pharmacies
- Claims Lilly smeared compounded GLP-1s as "never safe" and "always illegal" despite compounding being federally authorized; and sought to interfere with Strive's relationships with payment processors and social media platforms
