Meanwhile, Laurene Powell Jobs ($15B inherited), Nancy Walton ($20B inherited), and MacKenzie Scott ($40B divorce) never built shit, never risked shit, and never shipped a single product that changed the world.
But they get the praise and zero scrutiny. Because they have the right politics.

@blurrybonez cont… however the goal is to take the minimum dosage that gets you results so plan to cap off increasing dosage at some point
p.s. i’m not a dr. and my advice is from following other peoples journeys, asking them questions, coming up with my own plan, and executing it
@blurrybonez cont… as long as you have those meals that you will eat that hit your macros you won’t have the cravings for other foods… i’m in the gym 5 days a week but 3 is necessary… you’re bigger than me, i’m 5’9 170 so i’d say start at 2mg first two weeks and add an mg every 2 weeks
@Chrissssjohnson i started 1.5mg reta week 1, 2mg week 2, 2.5mg week 3, and will go to 3mg on monday (week 4)… i’ve read start at 2mg for 2 weeks then go to 3mg the next 2 weeks etc but just jumping half a point every week but will probably top out at 4mg… bpc at .5mg every day split in 2 doses
