i did however forget the hgss feat of the sinjoh ruins cutscene, the cutscene shows pictures of the real world which could imply arceus has some fourth wall awareness but not only is that an implication but it also wouldnt really do much for his case sadly

@CrazyKingler @InsertUserHereA shadow probably "resisted" (in quotes cause he isnt a Pokémon ofc) it canceling out the boost as well as it being non-STAB coming from mewtwo (i know this is game logic but type matchups and STAB feel pretty universal throughout any Pokémon media)
