High floor low ceiling, I'd be perfectly fine getting him. He's good for Cam, but he's not an innovative offensive mind. That's to be expected though he's 62.

@shanecraigtech @BretMavv @AustinStanley81 A great offensive scheme will produce a coaching tree. Ex. Sean Mcvay, Shanahan, etc. When you hire him he brings assistants. That's an important part of hiring a coach. I thought we learned that with downing and kelly.
