The Minnesota Senate just failed to pass a bonding bill that the Minnesota House had already passed. The $1.5 billion borrowing bill needed a 3/5’s majority to pass (40 votes). It failed on a vote of 33-32 with all Republicans voting against as they hold out for tax cuts first.
