Consider d time dat u R wearing your #PPE as your "me" time-be it d plain #surgicalmask or the #N95 or the complete set.Exert effort to meticulously&correctly wear dem.Don't rush.PPEs arent worn "just bcoz" u have to or because guidelines say so.They are for YOU.

1/3 Sharing my learning for 2day:
Caution when using PAPRs or respirators with exhalation valve: It may not be a good idea in scenarios where a STERILE field is required (when doing sterile OR procedures)....

2/3 This is because PAPR is positive pressure blowing off contaminated air (from the user) while respirators with valve allow release of contaminated air (again from the user, through the exhalation valve) also.

About #PPE 's: its not always d more, d MANYer(specially wen ders scarcity).Best to use d recommended PPE based on level of exposure, focus on proper donning&doffing,
never skip hand hygiene, frequent disinfection.
