It is proven @TeslaAUNZ has poor communication again and again. A family member bought FSD outright with 2026 MY still cannot use FSD over 2 months later. There are new MYL owners picking up their cars with FSD loaded on pick up. I understand the focus on HW4, delaying HW3 with V14 lite. But selling a test drive with FSD and not delivering on HW4 with no offer of compensation is just poor service and just shit customer experience.
