@Apple It’s criminal that you charge $279 to replace a scratched up screen on a 12 pro (I’ve NEVER had this issue with any other model….all the way back to the original phone) but it’s $29 if it is smashed to hell. This is all after paying $250 for AppleCare.😡

@ReadyRefresh @ReadyRefresh is horrible. From the start, we've had deliveries that were wrong or rescheduled multiple times. Customer service is nonexistent. Due to "road work" they couldn't deliver last week or today. What a joke - @officedepot delivered my water next business day.
