@Vivid36546335 @RoysparkIzay there's other hints throughout the rest of the routes that chara is the one speaking, plus there's a clear narration difference (note: cactus) between the two games, so if the narration is just Toby (not the dog, the creator of the games) then the differences would make no sense.

@RoysparkIzay I think that there are two narrators, ut chara and kris. It makes sense considering the fact that the second speaker in the beginning segment of the game is extremely likely to be ut chara, and some of the things said are things that would only make sense coming from kris.
