Title: Defamation Report for Hong Seunghan

Content:
I am reporting the continuous defamation and dissemination of false information against your artist Hong Seunghan. These actions are seriously damaging and we request that appropriate measures be taken promptly to resolve this.

I would especially like to inform you about the defamatory thread written by Mong @ hiRIIZE on X (formerly Twitter). whose previous X account username was @ passcode66. This user has written a thread that falsely accuses and defames Hong Seunghan, which is spreading false and malicious information that can seriously damage his reputation.

These actions are seriously damaging and we request that appropriate measures be taken promptly to resolve this.

Additionally, I would like to formally request SM Entertainment to respond to the following:

1. SM Entertainment’s formal apology to Hong Seunghan and fans, and immediate restoration of his reputation.

2. Immediately disclose the status of its legal response to the malicious spreading of falsehoods and invasion of privacy that it has allowed to continue unchecked for the past year.

3. A clarification of those responsible for the confusing article on October 11th, the announcement of Seunghan's return, and the subsequent sudden decision to leave.

4. Full disclosure and punishment of those responsible for the unilateral decision, which was made without sufficient discussion with the RIIZE members who were traveling abroad.

5. Hong Seunghan's immediate return to RIIZE.
I think the above requirements are necessary measures to solve the current situation fairly and transparently. We look forward to a sincere response and prompt action from SM Entertainment.

2. 승한 관련 현재 진행 중인 사법 조치에 대한 구체적 현황 공유. 

3. 2024년 10월 11일 오전의 승한 탈퇴 기사, 30분만에 뒤이은 복귀 발표에 대한 해명. 

4. 근조 화환 테러 시점에 라이즈 멤버 6인은 10월 10일 출국, 14일 귀국 일정으로 해외 스케줄을 수행하고 있었다. 애초에 제대로 된 상의와 모든 멤버의 동의를 기반으로 복귀 시점을 결정했는지, 이후 탈퇴 결정도 멤버 전원의 동의를 통해 도출되었는지 타임라인 공개 및 해명. 

5. 승한의 라이즈 복귀.
위 요구사항들은 현재 상황을 공정하고 투명하게 해결하기 위해 반드시 필요한 조치라고 생각합니다. SM엔터테인먼트 측의 성의 있는 답변과 신속한 조치를 기대합니다.
