@santanderuk 1.30 on a Tuesday afternoon - went to the Middlesbrough branch for the first time in a long time. Shocking that no counters were open, despite a queue 10 deep, all the staff member could say was the bank was closed - your opening times say it’s open until 3pm!

@santanderuk I had to leave the branch as I didn’t have time to stand in branch to deposit bagged change I had to get back to work. I couldn’t use the machines as they were coins I wanted to put in. One member of staff only to be seen and she clearly didn’t want to assist the queue
