@JetstarAirways thanks for your reply but it’s bollocks. No ramp staff? I’ve been sitting in the lounge looking at the plane for the last 4 hours and the complete lack of movement around it should have been a “tell”. You had plenty of time to sort it. Again…povvo airline.

@JetstarAirways JQ7 to Singapore delayed by a couple of hours due to lack of ramp staff. Scoot can turn around a plane in an hour. Qatar can do it in 90 minutes. Jetstar not so much. Povvo airline with a povvo mindset.
