The best thing to do these days is purchase or use some coding AI and create a personal app that fits the needs of yourself perfectly.

From a scheduling app, budgeting app, etc. these days you can make any app exactly the way you want even with authentication and SSO!

@wongmjane @heshie Probably an application where the primary purpose is keep the user engaged while the user does minimal interaction and benefits very little in terms of education. TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, etc I would all consider brain rot apps.

@GloriousKev I don’t use jellyfin because it isn’t available on certain platforms that I would want my friends and family to be able to use it on, that’s the advantage of plex imo also if you get the lifetime pass before the increase this doesn’t affect you.
