My friends are in a pickle with their wifi and @vmbusiness being shady af and misselling them a package... Which still isn't set up - 6 months since they moved into their shop!

In an ongoing process since Nov 2019, we've been attempting to set up working internet in our small business with @virginmediabus. It's now Apr 2020 and we still have nothing, despite Virgin saying they've fully installed the package.
