Most people look at a whitelist and only see one thing: the allocation.
But with @Nogasonsui , there are a few things worth paying attention to. 🐸
NoGas is preparing to launch on @blastdotfun , and its GTD whitelist campaign is giving the community an opportunity to get involved before launch.
Here’s what caught my attention.
1. A community-driven distribution
According to the project’s campaign details, NoGas is aiming for a broad holder distribution rather than concentrating allocations among a small number of wallets.
The goal is simple: give more participants a chance to get involved instead of letting a handful of whales dominate the allocation.
2. A different approach to gas fees
Gas fees might seem like a small problem, but they add friction to everyday onchain activity.
Every additional cost can make users think twice about interacting with an application, especially when transactions are frequent or the amounts involved are small.
That’s why projects exploring a smoother, more accessible onchain experience are worth watching.
The real test, of course, is how well the product delivers once people start using it.
3. The LP revenue mechanism 👀
One of the more interesting details shared by the project is its proposed distribution of 100% of LP revenue to holders through airdrops in usdSUI.
If implemented as described, this could give holders an incentive beyond simply hoping the token price goes up.
Still, the actual value of those distributions will depend on real revenue, liquidity, and how the mechanism works in practice.
4. The GTD whitelist opportunity
The campaign is also running a content-based application process.
Rather than relying solely on a lottery, participants submit their content for manual review by the team.
According to the campaign instructions:
• A maximum of 3 tweets per X account
• Submit your tweet links through the application form
• Provide your Sui wallet address
• Wait for manual review and feedback
Make sure to read the current campaign rules before applying.
For anyone interested in getting involved early, this is an opportunity to learn about the project, contribute to the conversation, and potentially qualify for a GTD allocation.
I’m particularly interested in seeing how NoGas executes its vision and whether the proposed revenue-sharing model translates into sustainable value for holders.
Narratives can attract attention, but execution is what matters in the long run.
Let’s see what @Nogasonsui brings to Sui. 🐸
