Recruiters and Employers know a star employee when they see one. As a matter of fact, a star employee is given the pass to make demands.

The labor market is competitive anywhere in the world.

I am not asking you to grow patient for an opportunity to land on your table. I am asking you to find the gap and fill it.

Many people do the barest minimum and hope for the best.

Trust me, I have been there and I know it is not a good place to be.

YOU can be so much more, if you are intentional about your growth.

What do you need to pass ICAN exams?

Score 50 marks and you are good to go!

What that means is that whether it is ICAN or ACCA, once you score 50 marks, you have met the barest minimum.

There are candidates who score 70 marks and there are candidates who simply target 50 marks. In the end, both qualifies. But a candidate who puts in the work, whether they score an average of 50 or 70 marks, is likely to be competitive, and continues to improve themselves.

You have to keep moving.

Becoming an ACA is the starting point.

The market will find you.
