@verizonfios been on hold for 40 minutes...your app is buggy and won't go past the T&Cs, your website puts me into a login spiral...so how exactly am I supposed to correct YOUR mistake of leaving the old address on my account and sending my bill to the prior owners?

@verizonfios your app won't let me get past the 'fine print'...your website sends me in login circles, and I've been on hold waiting to speak to a human for 30 minutes...all this to fix an oversight on your side that sent the bill to the wrong address.

Hey @cvspharmacy , your store on 145th and Broadway in Manhattan had a posted closing time of 10pm, and the same online...yet at 9:22pm I was turned away by a very abrupt person telling me tonight they closed at 9pm. If you can't be 24/7, at least stay open your posted hours.

@AmazonHelp While I'm on with Cus Srvc...again...you guys need to look into why this is happening in the first place. If in fact this is some kind of bait-and-switch to get customers to purchase an AMC membership, it's false advertising for you to say I get the full season, when I don't.

Hi @PrimeVideo, apparently when I purchase "Entire Season 1" of Interview with the Vampire, that doesn't include the final episode...so your "Entire Season" is what, false advertising? Seems shady, and greedy.

@AmazonHelp As you can see, I clicked the option to purchase the entire season, but Episode 7 still has a charge. When I click on the "Complete Season 1 HD" button again, and try to watch the final ep., it provides an error and brings me back to the purchase screen.
