Here's some questions that I need you to answer.

1. Are your staff hackers? Just disable my 2 Step and a minute later send an email?
2. Is this some sort of thing where if someone safe gets disabled you go "oh yeah quickly let him know", because I made a support ticket TWO WEEKS AGO, and in those TWO WEEKS, no answer.
