@AmericanExpress booked a FHR stay in 2022 for 2023 (net terms and conditions) had to cancel due to illness. Multiple managers saying too bad you got sick, you lose the credit. The “system” won’t let them do anything. You’re essentially saying “oh, well- you got sick-you lose!”
