If somebody wants to earn a wage for minimum effort they should bugger off to a fast food restaurant and leave this beautiful profession to those who want to do itand actually give a sh1t about the people we care for.

Psychological abuse is awful and those suspended deserve everything that comes to them - I'm just glad that nobody was beaten or physically harmed!
