After the testing phase, we have recognized the need to upgrade the product to provide a better user experience. Therefore, we have listened to and acknowledged your feedback and are committed to improving the product to meet your requirements and expectations.

The enhancements made in the new version of the Bot include:

Ability to pause the Bot to adjust settings
Ability to customize the Bot according to your preferences
Ability to resume Bot operations after pausing
Ability to remove the Bot from the system if necessary
Flexibility in continuing to search for sell conditions when you run out of funds on the exchange
Providing information about Bot error status
We are currently in the process of updating the new version, which will be completed in a few days. Therefore, we would like to inform you that the data related to your orders and positions will be deleted from the system, and the old Bots you are using will no longer be operational. If you wish to continue using the Bot, please create a new one when the updated version is released.

Rest assured, the buy orders executed by the Bot can still be manually closed or take profit directly on your exchange.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we assure you that this improvement will not affect the rights of customers and will bring a better experience for you.

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the Buy Low Sell High Bot will be updated, while other Bots are still in the maintenance and upgrade phase. We hope to provide additional Custom Bots for you in July.

In addition, other features such as indicators, notifications, token sales, and deposits/withdrawals will continue to operate normally without being affected by this update process.
