The initial content promised for $200. She claimed the gift cards had an error and would not deliver the content until she could redeem them. This was not our agreement so said she cancelled the pending gift card. They were not cancelled.

She later redeemed and did texting without the custom vid. We agreed on the price of additional premade videos, a total of 10 for $325. After I pay, she then claims she miscounted and the total should have been $800 for what I selected

She admits that she made the mistake but refuses to correct it. I state that I want what I agreed to or she should cancel the gift cards. She says she will cancel them, and tells me they have been cancelled so I should expect a refund.

Throne support says they have not been cancelled. After I show her, she then says she received and redeemed them. Then only offers to give me part of the content. I refuse. She then thanks me for the gifts and blocks me.
