@virginmedia had a disgusting phone call with one of the service team and basically told me to cancel my contract if because I can’t improve my internet speed. Good thing ill be doing so Monday morning !

@virginmedia I joined your service 3 months ago after being promised my internet speed wouldn’t be below 70. Mbps and currently it hasn’t moved up from 30. My contract is suppose to be Fromm 100 mbps. Service is good on the website, should this still be a long-standing issue????
