Passengers deserve a clear explanation and transparency.

If the majority of seats are already unavailable when booking officially opens, tell us where those seats went and who had access to them.

This system needs scrutiny.

It’s DAY 1 of booking for Goa Express (12779), Pune → Mathura, for 31 Oct 2026, and IRCTC is showing just 2 seats available in 3AC.

Seriously? Are you saying only 2 seats were released for the entire train?

Are seats being made available to privileged users, agents, or some other category before the general public gets access?
Or are you genuinely releasing an entire train’s 3AC quota with just 2 seats available?
Because from a passenger’s perspective, this makes no sense.
